Note :

1.  No group/team sessions on some long weekends and few other Academy declared holidays

2. The first 9 group/team session cancellations in the calendar year have no makeup sessions. Any cancellations after the first 9  are either provided with makeup sessions or the fee is adjusted in the next billing cycle.

3. For personal sessions 5 cancellations accepted with at least a 24 hr notice and 2 more cancellations accepted on the day of the session for the annual plan . There would not be any makeup classes after the 7 cancellations for the annual plan.

4. For personal sessions 3 cancellations accepted with at least a 24 hr notice and 1 more cancellations accepted  on the day of the session for the half yearly plan. There would not be any makeup classes after the 4 cancellations for the half yearly  plan.

5. For personal sessions 2  cancellations accepted with at least a 24 hr notice for the Qtrly plan. There would not be any makeup classes after the 2 cancellations for the Quarterly plan.
